Gameplay Profile:
The Weymouth is a fleet tender. It can quickly restore even the largest vessels to operational status using its swarms of logistic drones. It can carry a vast a mount of ammo, fuel and spare parts so it’s not easily exhausted itself. It can even restore abandoned units (total system loss) reasonably quickly – providing that it could catch up with the drifting wreck.
The Tender is lightly armed and can be taken out practically anything. It’s also about as maneuverable as armadillo. But it has some tricks up its sleeves, first, like most UEC units it can install stealth system and plating rendering it virtually undetectable when running silent, second, it can be equipped with a tactical jump system allowing it to instantly move to any part of the battlefield – providing a strong magnetic field isn’t inhibiting a jump attempt.

Manufacturer: Arcturus Industries
Operator: Coalition Aerospace Force
Lore Profile
The practice of using commandeered freighters for fleet logistics dates back to the reunification war where the leadership all Terran factions ubiquitously agreed on the “tactic” on sending merchant ships practically to certain destruction re-supplying fleets engaged in combat. The presence of these “dual purpose” civilian vehicles on the battlefield caused countless cases of violation of every treaty and convention imaginable.
After the end of reunification, Arcturus industries went to work on a dedicated logistic unit with higher survivability. But the very nature of an ungainly logistic vessel made protecting it a monumental challenge. The project was then abandoned and its team reassigned to far more profitable endeavors.
Aries Armament eventually brought the IP of the defunct project, and with the vast financial and technological might of newly formed Coalition made it a reality. Incorporating state-of-art stealth system and experimental technology giving it ability to negotiate the Heimian space, The Weymouth is a far cry from the ragtag civilian vessels that supplied the warring factions reunification period.
Beside the ability to hide in the plain sight, Weymouth comes with all the amenities that made it a great logistic vessel: A vast cargo space, Internal robotic crane and extensive conveyor belt system and elevators for cargo sorting, A bay for several flights of logistic drones, several diagnostic scanner, a database of blueprints for nearly every vessel in use, On board factory for parts and ammonization, standard issue on-board AI system and integrated cybernetic crew interface for efficient management – even a fully staffed hospital and automated recreational facility. The Weymouth is nothing less then a mobile home away from home for task forces on extended missions.
Building it became so profitable that in an act that quickly become a joke handle. Arcturus Industries bought a license and built hundreds of them – making them so cheap in the process that they almost sell for less then the parts they used.
Arcturus Industries didn’t make any money on the deal; thousands were saved from defeat, death or insanity by the most popular tender ever. Its Silhouette has become a symbol of salvation among humanity’s finest.
